Superb customer service today from Matt at Wembley Topps Tiles - He made the whole process easy and a pleasure. We got the tiles we had been looking for and Matt helped with the trims and grouts. Highly recommend.

Firstly after spending nearly £400 on tiles I was assured of a delivery date so took a day of work (they don't deliver at the weekend) and waited until 5-30pm - when I called their customer service the man said oh sorry they are not coming until next week now. They finally showed up minus the tile trim and after 10 days waiting for that I was told they couldn't even find my order for the trim although I had paid for them on the original order. Now have to travel some way and collect them myself so my plumber can finish the bathroom on time - Sometimes an apology will go a long way but the first person I spoke to was very rude to me and the second was not interested. I will go elsewhere in the future

Tried to cancel an order within 30 seconds of placing it in the end they delivered and told me I had to turn the 3rd party courier away, driver dumped the product at the end of my driveway and just left, previously the night before I had to spend eight hours in A&E getting my hand stitched up and I had to carry all the tiles for safety single-handedly 2oft of Absolutely the worst customer service - Absolutely the worst customer service, now they want me and return to store 1hr away with a dodgy hand, don't buy online on store buying as the web team are rude and uncaring

100% recommended Topps Tiles especially Chingford branch. JACK the store manager is fabulous. He is helping me from the beginning of my till I received it.

The website was very good and useful, and pickup was easy the staff in the shop were polite and very helpful, I have no problem with ordering from them again.

Keith and the Saltash team were very helpful. I discussed all my needs for my small project of tiling my hallway. Everything was ordered and all went really well.
